Min/Max Thermometers

Min/Max thermometers are designed to record the highest and lowest temperatures that occur over a period of time, offering a valuable tool for monitoring temperature fluctuations in various environments. These thermometers typically feature two sets of indicators or readings: one for the maximum temperature reached since the last reset, and another for the minimum temperature. They can be mechanical (analog), utilizing a combination of mercury, alcohol or other fluid and a set of markers to capture the temperature extremes, or digital, which electronically logs temperature data. Min/Max thermometers are widely used in meteorology, agriculture, gardening, and any setting where understanding temperature variations is critical.
